Rushmore Properties, LLC makes both debt and equity investments in commercial and residential real estate located in the United States. Equity investments are focused on value-add and opportunistic properties. Debt investments are focused on high yield whole loan, mezzanine loan, or commercial mortgage backed securities.
The principals of the firm, Marc Reinisch, Jenny Hall, and Jay Weitzman, combine over fifty years of related investment experience. The principals have been responsible for the acquisition of retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, residential and hotel properties totaling over 4.6 million square feet, representing a total capitalization exceeding $500 million. Since its inception, Rushmore Properties has acquired over $175,000,000 in assets.
The company has committed equity to pursue its investment activities. In addition, the principals have a strong network of private and institutional equity and debt relationships to pursue large acquisitions.
