The principal of the firm, Marc Reinisch, has been in the real estate investment business for over 30 years. He has been responsible for the acquisition of retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, medical office and residential properties totaling over 5.0 million square feet, representing a total capitalization exceeding $450 million. Since its inception, Rushmore Properties has acquired over $250 million in assets.

The company has committed equity to pursue its investment activities. In addition, the company has a strong network of private and institutional equity and debt relationships to pursue large acquisitions.
